I started my career building internet infrastructure at MBNA America Bank in the early 1990s, then co-founded a venture-backed encryption software company, built a BI team from scratch at ING DIRECT during their growth to $25B+ in assets, and managed enterprise data teams at Capital One. I've led governance programs at Bridgeforce across the US and UK, and spent years delivering data governance, data quality, and metadata management for complex regulated environments.
